Each stage of the manufacturing process is unique, and our soap-makers take great care to offer you the very best quality:
- We carry out 3 successive stages of paste refining to achieve perfect homogeneity, core fragrance and uniform color.
- We extrude the soap in twin-screw vacuum machines for optimum compression and a densely textured soap.
- We offer over 100 different shapes and sizes from 8 to 400gr,
- We master thermometer temperature control at every stage of production, including molding, to offer you top-quality soaps and the most delicate, precise engravings.
- To pack your soaps in the best possible way, we offer a range of packaging solutions, from paper X-folds to cartons, flowpacks, stretched and shrink-wrapped products, etc.
